Double B Equine Rescue is small farm in western Maine. The rescue sits on 22 acres of forest and pastured land. We are a farm dedicated to horses and the plight many find themselves in. We nurse the horses back to health, rehabilitate them, and then place adoptable horses in good homes. Come by and visit us. One of these horses may be just that special horse, right for your family. We love visitors. Our visiting hours are Monday -Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed Sunday, but we make exceptions if that is your only day to visit. We do not charge for horses when placing them in homes. We do encourage donations and they are always tax deductible.
