This Cart was delivered new a couple of months ago and has sice been used about 10 times. It is practically new and there is nothing wrong with it. This cart was bought new for over $6,500 and the only reason that it is being sold is because the owner is having IRS problems and needs the money.
This Carriage is set up for a small single horse of aproximately 12,0 hands to 14,0 hands and includes the shafts and also, 2 sets of wheels (4 Pneumatic and 4 Solid). The solid wheels are still wrapped in the original packaging.
